A 60-kilogram brown dog went after two small pets at Yoho in Yuen Long on August 17, killing both in about 20 minutes before anyone could stop it. Turns out the same dog bit a corgi last month. So this wasn't a surprise to anyone who lives near it. Someone knew. Nobody acted.
