Two families started arguing at apm mall's kids play zone this week. It ended in a shoving match, in front of a bunch of toddlers, filmed on someone's phone, and online by the next morning. One of the adults involved works for AIA. The insurance giant has now suspended that staffer, not because of anything to do with insurance, but because the video did the one thing every HR department fears most: it went everywhere.

No one was seriously hurt. No one is pressing charges that we know of. But AIA moved fast, because in Hong Kong right now your job can end over a fight that has nothing to do with your job, as long as enough people share the clip. That's not really about AIA or the two families anymore. It's about how quickly a viral clip can turn into a livelihood decision, made collectively, by lunchtime.
